The result is a beautiful trailer with smooth sides and far fewer visible welds. This design is so unique, we had it patented (Patent #5,613,726). 4-Star Horse Trailer slats also run the full length of your trailer for added strength and stability. |

4-Star Trailers - Heavier Top and Bottom Rails - Structural strength also comes from the top and bottom rails of the trailer and 4-Star trailers use some of the strongest in the industry. 4-Star Trailers - One-Piece Bottom Rail/Running Board - If you look closely, you will notice 4-Star Trailers bottom rail and running board is extruded in one piece. It is not two pieces welded together. Not only does it look better, it increases the strength of the trailer. 4-Star Trailers - Heavy-Duty Side Posts - 4-Star Trailers use heavy-duty side posts on all our horse and livestock trailers. It is hard to notice the difference just by looking at the trailer, but the difference becomes obvious over the long-term. At 4-Star Trailers we think that it is a mistake to use lighter posts because we know it makes the trailer far less sturdy. All 4-Star Trailers have heavy-duty posts; we refuse to use anything else just to save money. |

4-Star Trailers - Arched Aluminum Roof - 4-Star Trailers' arched roof serves multiple purposes. The arch allows for run-off when encountering harsh weather conditions and prevents water, snow, etc. from standing and damaging your roof of your 4-Star Trailer. The arch also allows for heat inside the 4-Star trailer to escape away from your horses' heads, for a more comfortable ride. 4-Star Trailers - Solid Aluminum Floor- Unlike other companies' interlocking or deck board floors, 4-Star Trailers use marine-grade solid aluminum plates welded to 4" extruded cross members on 12" centers. The plates are welded solid around the perimeter which eliminates any seams or channels for waste to settle in and corrode your floor. Drain holes are also installed to insure proper drainage of any waste. |

Every 4-Star horse trailer comes with radial tires. They are standard, and they don't cost you anything extra.
